How to enrol at TRU as an international student

Technical issues with TRU’s online application through EducationPlannerBC have been resolved and service restored. There may be a small backlog, so if you previously had trouble applying, please try again. Thank you for your patience.
1. Apply to TRU
- ✓ Apply through EducationPlannerBC (EPBC)
- ✓ Book & complete your admission interview within 5 days of applying
- ✓ Receive Conditional Letter of Acceptance (CLOA)
2. Accept your offer
- ✓ Complete Statement of Understanding
- ✓ Pay tuition deposit via PayMyTuition
3. Apply for your study permit
- ✓ Receive official Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
- ✓ Request your Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)
- ✓ Apply for your study permit through BorderPass at TRU
Prepare to enrol
- Submit your official transcripts
- Submit your language test results (if required)
- Book your housing
- Confirm your visa with TRU on or before the visa confirmation deadline
- Plan your arrival
