Digital Student ID Card

The Digital Student ID Card is not a requirement for transit, but can be used as your library card and an option if you need another form of identification. It can also be used for some Kamloops merchants to access student discounts. If you are a current registered TRU Student your digital student ID card can be accessed at any time via your myTRU account. Find information below on how to obtain one.
How to get your Digital Student ID Card
- Log in to myTRU and click “Digital Student ID Card”
- Click “My Account”
- Click on the circle above your name, upload your photo, and click save
Next time you access your Digital Student ID Card (i.e., step 1) you’ll be taken straight to your card.
UPASS
Getting your UPASS is simple. All members of the Students’ Union automatically have the UPASS fee assessed when they register for a course. Ten days before the start of each semester, you will receive an email from the Students’ Union with a link to download the Umo app and instructions for setting up the UPASS.
Visit TRUSU UPASS for more information.
